Details:We realize that pets are important members of your family. We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home with no weight restrictions. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 non-refundable for cats and dogs. $20 monthly pet rent per pet. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
